Hi Radu, You have an interesting list. I haven’t done top 5 drama yet. A weekly top 10 is a fun idea, I only do it once a month.
I am not sure Memento can be considered as drama. I like it a lot tho. Love to see Eternal Sunshine because I like Being John Malkovich.
Hello! Glad you like my list! You should see “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”. It’s a very good movie. Maybe “Memento” is more of a mystery than drama, but I thought it diserved the “drama” category more… Anyway, thank you for the comment and see you around!
I don’t know if 50/50 belongs on this list. First of all its a mediocre film amidst these giants of awesome-ness. Secondly, it was more a light hearted look at a serious topic .
50/50 stands out from this list like a sore thumb. In my opinion anyways.
I appreciate your opinion! 50/50 is not among the best dramas, nor is it an authentic one because it combines drama and some form of comedy, as you put it… this is why I placed it last in my top 10 list. Thanks for the comment!
Wow, Radu. What have you done to me?! My brain may well explode with the prospect of arranging ten films as favorites in any genre. I will do my best to comply. Will likely not call it a “best” though since that in itself gives me hives.
